Allow the profile download when iOS asks. Existing users should remove the old ShiftMy profile before installing this one.

First-time setup
ShiftMy has been updated. If you installed ShiftMy before, remove the old profile first, then tap Install Profile. After every Set Location or Reset, repeat the last screenshot.
Settings
Tap ShiftMy Location
Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
Profile
Tap Install
Use the Install button in the top-right and follow the iOS prompts.
After set or reset
Toggle Location Services
Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Turn it off, then on.
Optional: in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
