These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ShiftMy, including shiftmy.me and the ShiftMy web app. By using ShiftMy, you agree to these terms.

Service

ShiftMy provides a web-based location-control service for compatible iPhone setup flows. You are responsible for using ShiftMy lawfully and for making sure your use complies with any rules, agreements, or policies that apply to you.

Pricing

Current ShiftMy pass prices are listed below in USD. Checkout may be temporarily unavailable while we update payment processing.

When checkout is available, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. Additional taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Pass Access

Paid access starts after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Pass periods run for the stated duration from activation unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. If you have a billing issue, contact support@shiftmy.me.

Availability

We work to keep ShiftMy available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, pause, or stop as we maintain the service, improve security, or respond to technical, legal, or provider requirements.

Disclaimers

ShiftMy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShiftMy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ShiftMy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
