ShiftMy collects only the information needed to run accounts, passes, payments, and location-change requests.

Information We Collect

• Account email address and authentication data.
• Session cookies used to keep you signed in.
• Selected coordinates and recent location-change activity needed to operate the service.
• Payment records such as selected pass, payment status, amount, and transaction reference.
• Basic request data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs.

How We Use Information

• Provide the ShiftMy app and location-change service.
• Manage account access, free usage limits, active passes, and payment verification.
• Protect the service from abuse, automated signups, fraud, and excessive traffic.
• Respond to support requests sent to support@shiftmy.me.

Cloudflare Turnstile

ShiftMy uses Cloudflare Turnstile on account registration and sign-in to help confirm that requests are legitimate and to protect the service from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, interaction, and network data according to Cloudflare's terms.

Payments

Pass payments are made with crypto. ShiftMy stores the payment details needed to verify access, but it does not store wallet private keys or seed phrases.

Retention

We keep account, payment, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, and maintain business records.
