This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid ShiftMy passes purchased through shiftmy.me.
Prices
Current ShiftMy pass prices are listed below in USD. Checkout may be temporarily unavailable while we update payment processing.
- 24-hour Pass: $1.99
- 7-day Pass: $4.99
- 30-day Pass: $9.99
- Yearly Pass: $79.99
Refund Eligibility
Because ShiftMy passes provide digital access, purchases are generally non-refundable after the pass has been activated or used. We may approve a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same pass.
- You purchased a pass by mistake and request a refund before using the pass.
- A technical issue on ShiftMy's side prevented access, and support could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
- A payment was processed incorrectly by the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are normally not available when a pass has been used, has expired, or when access was suspended because of abuse, fraud, violation of our terms, or activity that risks the security or availability of the service.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@shiftmy.me within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address on your ShiftMy account, purchase date, selected pass, payment amount, and payment provider reference if available.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, and country, and may take several business days after approval.
Cancellations
Current passes are fixed-duration access products and do not automatically renew unless a renewal plan is clearly shown at checkout. If subscriptions are introduced later, cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase and in the account flow.
